Spring 2017 Meeting - Dottie Myers, speaker

Monday, April 24, 2017 at the Atlanta History Center’s Woodruff Auditorium in McElreath Hall

Please join us for an evening with Landscape Architect, Dottie Myers discussing the Importance of Evergreens in the Garden.

Dottie Myers has been designing gardens in Georgia for the past 33 years. Combining her design skills with her love of plants has won Dottie several industry awards and exposure in national magazines. She was also awarded the Communicator of the Year award from the Georgia Green Industry. Off and on throughout her career Dottie has a taught landscape design at UGA, Gwinnett Tech, and ABG among others and has lectured frequently. In the early 1990s, Dottie started installing her garden designs and has recently begun maintaining several gardens of long-term clients. She currently is the longest standing member of the Georgia Gold Medal Committee.
