Monday, April 22, 2024, at the Atlanta History Center’s Woodruff Auditorium in McElreath Hall, 7pm

Our speaker will be Brie Arthur, a celebrated bestselling author and distinguished horticulturist whose topic will be "Discover the Art of Foodscaping with Hydrangeas"

Brie Arthur, a celebrated bestselling author and distinguished horticulturist, captivates audiences with her dynamic presentations and groundbreaking gardening insights. Originating from southeastern Michigan, Brie's academic journey led her to excel in Landscape Design and Horticulture at Purdue University, contributing to her extensive two-decade expertise. As a fervent advocate for consumer horticulture and home gardening throughout the United States, she authored two influential books, "The Foodscape Revolution" and "Gardening with Grains," solidifying her authority in the field. Brie's contributions extend to the Emmy-winning PBS program, "Growing a Greener World," where her expertise shines.

Beyond her literary accomplishments, Brie serves as a dedicated ambassador for Soil3 organic compost, championing eco-friendly practices.
